PlayPKR may require you to complete identity verification at various stages, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents typically include a national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued identification. Verification is standard procedure and is conducted to protect all account holders.
All transactions on PlayPKR are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any step of the deposit or withdrawal process.

Deposits are credited to your PlayPKR account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown in the cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. Processing times vary by method. VIP Gold and Platinum members benefit from prioritised withdrawal handling. PlayPKR does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may have their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. Funds from bonuses must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
PlayPKR reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction that is associated with fraudulent activity, unauthorised card use, chargebacks or any violation of these Terms.
PlayPKR offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games and expiry periods. These individual promotion terms are published alongside each offer and form part of this agreement.
Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, hedging bets across multiple accounts or any other strategy that PlayPKR reasonably determines to be bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, removal of associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension. PlayPKR's determination in such matters is final.
Sports betting on PlayPKR covers cricket – including Pakistan internationals, PSL fixtures, T20 series and bilateral tours – as well as football, esports and other markets. The following general rules apply to all sports wagers placed on the platform.
A bet is considered accepted only when you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. PlayPKR is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's side. It is your responsibility to verify that a bet has been confirmed before assuming it is placed.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body – for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic fixtures or the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international matches. Results from unofficial sources are not used for settlement purposes.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, postponement beyond a specified period, obvious pricing errors or data feed failures. PlayPKR will communicate void decisions clearly in the account bet history.
In-play markets on cricket and other sports update in real time. Odds can change rapidly, and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. PlayPKR reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
PlayPKR applies maximum payout limits per event, per market and per day. These limits are displayed in the betting section and apply regardless of the accumulated odds on a multi-bet slip. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be reduced to the applicable limit.
The live casino and slots sections of PlayPKR operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology and live dealer studio streams. Game outcomes are determined independently of PlayPKR and are governed by the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface.
PlayPKR does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slots and the house edge for casino table games are determined by the game provider and are made available within the relevant game information panel.
Disconnection during a live casino round or slot spin does not void the round. The outcome is recorded server-side and the result will be reflected in your account once connectivity is restored.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on PlayPKR and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:
PlayPKR monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Investigations are conducted confidentially and PlayPKR's decisions in all such matters are final.
PlayPKR reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct, account balances may be partially or fully forfeited.
You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests made through the responsible gaming tools in your account settings are processed immediately. Voluntary account closure requests via support are handled within a reasonable timeframe.
On closure, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
